Vendors and Buyers COVID -19 Policy
We are following the Government’s latest advice regarding Covid-19 and safety measures in the workplace. Safety is of paramount importance to Vendors and Buyers therefore we have completed a thorough risk assessment to help manage the risk of coronavirus when working in other people’s homes.

We check if any occupants are self-isolating or have COVID-19 symptoms

We ensure any clients of ours wishing to view properties wear a face mask and use hand sanitiser/anti-bacterial wipes when entering other people’s homes
To keep everyone safe, we will be asking all vendors to prepare their property in advance by:

Cleaning thoroughly before the visit especially frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and bannisters

Tidying all unwanted items in advance of the visit

Ensuring some windows are open

Vendors and Buyers work hard to keep our staff and clients safe at all times
Valuations/Appraisals
Vendors and Buyers will arrive at your property to carry out an appraisal at the specified date and time you have requested. We require a small tour of your property internally and externally. We may ask some questions to gather comparisons before giving you a figurue.
Viewings
Vendors and Buyers give our Vendors as much notice as possible when booking viewings. An experienced member of staff will show prospective buyers around the property giving them enough time to take everything in and ask relevant questions.
Exchanging
Vendors and Buyers liaise with our clients all the way through the selling and buying process. Once all the enquiries have been answered, an exchange can take place. Vendors and Buyers will be there to hand over keys .
