Most estate agents use their marketing as an extra way to generate revenue. We don't believe in this...we want to give you the best chance at a sale and so have prepared a marketing guide to run you through preparing for our marketing visit. We also have an in house marketing department, with a degree qualified professional photographer.

We supply you with professional cad floorplans, bespoke brochures tailored to your property. Slideshow videos for social media and Drone and Aerial photographs where we think it's nessacary. We do not charge for any of this, as we believe it's the best way to sell your property. And when we do sell it, you can keep the photographs for your memory books.

Historically, estate agents’ commission was between 1% to 3%, depending on the location. However, in our ever-changing techno world, and with the introduction of online portals, you now have a choice for what you want to pay and to whom.
Vendors & Buyers do not tie you into a time-restricted contract at all. So, if at any time, you decide on a different strategy for your home, you are free to do so.
